The War Bloc allows you to initiate and participate in Onslaughts, which are joint attacks by two or more players against a single enemy. The construction of the War Bloc is entirely optional. It is required to have both the Palace, the Mead Hall and the Shrine of Odin at the same level before upgrading the War Bloc.
The War Bloc is the only building yet in the game to need Warrior's Drafts for its construction. These can be earned through the game by hitting and killing invaders, by opening Loki's coffer, or by buying it in the Clan store at the cost of 300 loyalty points each.
It is noted that the price to upgrade in gold the War Bloc were modified during the February 2016 update and are now 2 to 3 times more expensive !
The special bonus for level 21 War Bloc is +10% to onslaught offense.
